Description
Orza
Orza from the Italian verb for to luff. To luff means to move the bow of a sailing boat towards the direction of the wind. By continuing to luff, the wind will blow in front of the boat which will then change the side from which the wind blows. This is called a tack in maritime terms, that is, a change of course and perspective. A new point of view, that encompasses all the elements of challenge and wonder, is just what this innovative creation offers. Change always evokes wonder but also brings challenges. So it is with sailing up wind, sometimes even navigating against the wind, before starting again on a new route and towards a new beginning! The creation opens with an explosion of fruits. Green Apple, Calabrian Mandarin and Red Plum from Romagna are emphasized by Coconut and fruits of the forest like Raspberries and Blackberries from the Dolomites.
