Description
Galloway
Parfums de Marly launched two new fragrances at the beginning of 2014. Those are: Darcy and Galloway. Galloway is a unisex citrus fragrance, named after a Scottish horse. The scent contains aromas of citrus, pepper, iris, orange blossom, amber and musk.
Dedicated to creating majestic fragrances for its discerning audiences, renowned perfumer, Parfums De Marly continues to use the equestrian arena as inspirations for its exquisite scents. The brand’s latest offering, Galloway, has been christened after the white robust horse that was discovered in the 18th century in the deep valleys of South Scotland.
The perfume boasts of top notes of Hesperides and moves on to become more sensual with the combination of amber and musk. All in all, the divine mixture of notes brings out an elegant and forceful signature.
The Parfums de Marly fragrance collection, named after the famed French Marly castle, draws inspiration from the legacy of Louis XV and his love of breeding thoroughbred horses and creating perfumes. Each bottle reflects this rich heritage with an embossed crest and rich accents. Herod is a smoky, vanilla scent named after a famed stallion of the 18th century.
