Cuir Curcuma or leather turmeric pays tribute to the region of Kerala – the paradise of spices. Perfumer Alexandra Carlin brings the leather to a new dimension that has barely been seen before; leather and turmeric with the full support of myrrh, Mysore sandalwood, orris root, patchouli, and finally benzoin. The fluffy powder effect of iris turns everything into magic like a wand turning the freezing winter to noel night. Iris adds a pebble-like roundness to the angular leather and turmeric.
